Mindful Academy provides corporate mindfulness training programs, including group sessions, 1:1 coaching, recorded content, and wellness resources. Services are offered on a subscription or project basis to organizations.

3. Accounts and Registration

When creating an account or booking a trial:

• You must provide accurate, complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Mindful Academy reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Mindful Academy platform — including but not limited to course materials, videos, guides, logos, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of Mindful Academy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Share, resell, or redistribute access to our programs without authorization
• Record sessions without the consent of all participants and Mindful Academy
• Harass, threaten, or harm other participants or instructors
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

6. Payment and Refunds

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as agreed. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your service agreement. Free trial sessions carry no obligation to purchase.

7. Disclaimers

Mindful Academy's programs are educational and wellness-focused. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindful Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mindful Academy, its affiliates, instructors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
